Discovery MedCamp: June 9-14, 2019 - Camp Chandler, Wetumpka, AL

  Application Process Closed for 2019

 

 1. Read and complete the Application below. Please note that 

         incomplete applications will not be considered.

 

 2. Compose your Essay following these directions *

Title: Why I Am Interested in a Healthcare Career

Essay Format: *

  • Type in a Word document, double-spaced

  • 12-point font in black ink

  • Times New Roman

  • 1-3 pages in length

  • Essays are reviewed for content, spelling, grammar, and how well directions are followed

 

 3. Letters of Recommendation

Two (2), signed letters required:

  • Request one from a math or science teacher

  • Request one from a church or community leader

  • Letters must be signed and sent by the adult making the recommendation to Discovery MedCamp by March 18, 2019.

​ 4. Request Official Transcripts

Must be sent by school counselor and received by March 18, 2019.

Transcripts must be mailed by US Post to qualify:
